When we first met Tamily and learned about what she was building with COLLECTIVE., we knew immediately that this was something special. Here was someone pouring their heart into creating genuine connections across the East Midlands creative, digital and tech community - not for profit, not for fame, but because she genuinely believed in the power of bringing people together.
At NotLuck, we've built our agency on the belief that the best things happen when talented people come together. COLLECTIVE. embodies that same philosophy. Every event creates ripples - new collaborations form, ideas spark, careers shift direction, and friendships begin.
So we decided to do more than just attend events. We wanted to help COLLECTIVE. reach more people, tell its story better, and give Tamily the digital platform that matches her ambition for this community.
